Abdul kalam Second Anniversary

The sudden death of Former President of India Dr APJ Abdul Kalam on July 27, 2015, witnessed a massive out pouring of grief in the entire nation. It is the second death anniversary of Dr Avul Pakir Jainulabdeen Abdul Kalam, a renowned scientist, a beloved President and above all, a great teacher. It has been two years since Abdul Kalam left the mortal world after suffering a massive cardiac arrest but his immense volume of wise words and golden thoughts still ring true. Born on October 15, 1931, at Rameswaram in Tamil Nadu, the simple-natured Dr Kalam earned the tag of ‘Missile Man’ due to his extraordinary contribution in the field of aeronautics. When he took over the Presidency reigns (2002 to 2007), Dr Kalam redefined the position and went on to become People’s President, the one who touched everyone’s lives. In his lifetime, Abdul Kalam has shared a vast collection of inspirational thoughts, beautiful quotes and motivating anecdotes which serve as a guiding light in the dark tunnel, even after his saddening departure. Dr APJ Abdul Kalam continues to live on in our memories with his words.
